In a historic milestone, the College of Natural Sciences at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU) has elected its first female president.

John Precious Chimezirim, popularly known as “Preshy,” secured victory in the recently concluded student leadership election, marking a significant step forward for gender representation within the college’s governance.
The president-elect expressed gratitude to students for their trust and support, describing the victory as a collective achievement. She pledged to lead with dedication, integrity, and a strong commitment to serving the interests of all students.
