BREAKING: MOUAU Fixes Resumption Date For Second Semester

Academic activities for the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic session at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU) are set to commence in line with the institution’s approved academic calendar.

Students are expected to resume on Sunday, March 1, 2026, while lectures and registration activities will begin on Monday, March 2, 2026. The university has indicated that normal academic activities will start immediately upon resumption.

Management advised students to complete their registration within the approved timeframe to avoid penalties. Registration is scheduled to close on Friday, March 13, 2026, while the late registration and add/drop period will run from March 23 to March 27, 2026.

According to the academic calendar, lectures for the semester will conclude on Friday, May 15, 2026, with examinations slated for June 1 to June 19, 2026.
