1. JAMB Admission Letter
2. JAMB Original Result
3. MOUAU Admission letter
4. MOUAU Screening / Post Utme Result
5. Birth Certificate
6. Local Government Of Origin
7. First School Leaving Certificate
8. MOUAU Pledge Form
9. Original O'level Result like WAEC, NABTEB and NECO
10. Acceptance Fee Receipt
11. 8-16 Passports.
Candidates are advised to visit their respective department (s) with their original credentials for clearance.
Upon successful clearance, a form will be issued to candidates for online upload.
