The Governing Council of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, hereby announces the vacancy for the position of the Vice Chancellor of the University.
For the position, the Council is looking for qualified candidates with comparable experience in university administration and teaching.
According to a letter signed by the secretary to the council, it stated that the process for filling the vacancy has commenced and it is open for 6 weeks.
Any distinguished academic with the rank of professor in any of the university's disciplines should be interested.
Also, it was noted the the individual should not be above 65 years and have a passion of service.
Meanwhile, method of application was also stated in the signed letter.
