The Governing Council of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, hereby announces the vacancy for the position of the Vice Chancellor of the University. The Council invites applications from suitably candidates with cognate experience in University teaching and administration for the post.
Prof. Maduebisi Ofo Iwe the sixth vice chancellor whose tenure draws to an end is set to complete its five years of service.
According to an advert placement, it stated that the process for filling the vacancy has commenced.
Interested persons, should be a highly distinguished scholar of the rank of professor in any of the disciplines offered in the university.
Also, it was noted the the individual should not be above 64 years and have a passion of service.
